Mango Salsa

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 mangoes, peeled and finely chopped

  • 1 bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped

(seeds removed for less spicy flavor)

  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • Handful of cilantro, finely chopped

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • Sea salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Mix well to combine.

  3. Enjoy with chips, fish tacos, burritos, rice bowls, or alongside any savory dish.

  4. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Tastes delicious as leftovers!
